I am an Information Security Lead with over 13 years of experience in safeguarding complex enterprise environments through strategic leadership and deep technical expertise. My career has centered around Security Operations (SOC), Vulnerability Management, Risk Management, Gap Assessments, and proactive threat monitoring, delivering actionable insights that reduce both operational and strategic cyber risks.

I have successfully built, transformed, and optimized SOC capabilities for global organizations across industries, driving improvements in threat detection, response time, and platform efficiency. My expertise includes designing SOC operating models, defining KPIs and workflows, implementing SIEM and endpoint protection platforms, and leading end-to-end SOC transformations.

For the past 7 years, I’ve held hybrid roles combining customer-facing responsibilities with technical leadership. This dual focus has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively with executives—translating technical risks into business impact—while maintaining hands-on technical credibility within engineering and security teams. I also manage vendor relationships, ensure third-party coordination, and drive governance initiatives to meet service-level expectations.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Calcutta University, India. My professional certifications include: CISSP, CEH, Splunk Power User, and Google Cloud SecOps Technician.

As I continue to evolve in my career, my aspiration is to transition into strategic cybersecurity leadership roles, contributing to enterprise-wide resilience, governance, and innovation. I’m currently pursuing certifications like CRISC, PMP, and ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer to deepen my skills in risk management, project governance, and compliance frameworks—ensuring I stay aligned with both business objectives and global security standards.
